Contract to use the Remora Vehicle Leasing Website

This website is owned and operated by Remora Vehicle Leasing, whose principal place of business is at 10 Brook Furlong Drive, Birstall, Leicester, England, LE4 3LU (referred to as " Remora Vehicle Leasing ", "us, “our” or “we” in this statement) for the information of visitors (referred to as “you” or “your” in this statement) to our website.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  By accessing and using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions, forming a legally binding contract between you and Remora Vehicle Leasing. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately.

Remora Vehicle Leasing reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Charges for our Brokering Services

All orders are subject to a processing fee of £180.00 ex .VAT for our Brokering Services. This fee is payable at the time of order via debit/credit card or bank transfer in a single payment. The fee covers our costs for arranging the deal and is non-refundable if you choose to cancel the order. Full details of fees are provided transparently at the quoting and ordering

Pricing

Prices quoted on the website exclude VAT for Business Contracts and include VAT for Personal Contracts. If there is any change to the VAT rate, the updated rate will apply.

All vehicle prices include delivery to UK Mainland addresses and the Road Fund Licence (RFL) for the duration of the contract. If the government changes the RFL rate, any increase may be passed on to the hirer by the funder.

Remora Vehicle Leasing has the right to change prices either before or after an order is accepted. If there is a price change, you will be notified, and you may cancel your order without penalty if the new price is unacceptable.

Prices listed on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Remora Vehicle Leasing that you can accept.

Excess Mileage Charges

All our funding partners have an excess mileage charge which is shown as pence per mile and will be chargeable at the end of your contract should you exceed your contracted mileage, please refer to your contract for the excess mileage charge, this will also be outlined on your order form when you order your vehicle.  The majority of contracts allow you to travel over your agreed mileage amount only charging you the pence per mile stated on your order form, however other contracts have a tiered excess mileage charge and only allow you to travel up to a pre-determined amount before a higher excess mileage charge is applied.  You will need to refer to your finance contract for full details of the excess mileage charges applicable and what the cost will be to you.

Stock Vehicles

Refers to cars available in the UK for delivery within approximately 2-4 weeks of receipt of all completed contracts and completion of applicable cooling off period.  The vehicles may be physical at the dealership, held at a manufacturers distribution centre or at UK entry port awaiting transportation to the dealership.

Delivery of stock cars are subject to change by the manufacturer and adverse weather conditions. Remora Vehicle Leasing cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the manufacturer or any other circumstances outside Remora Vehicle Leasing’s control.

Insurance

It is the hirer's responsibility to fully comprehensively insure the vehicle. The hirer obtaining the finance must be the main policy holder or a named driver on the insurance certificate.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a vehicle will only be acknowledged and acted upon in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the written cancellation has been received.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

It is the aim of Remora Vehicle Leasing to provide a very high standard of service to every client. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service, then please do not hesitate to contact us. It is important to us that all complaints are resolved as quickly as possible and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
