The FCA mandates that we provide you with this Information Notice to assist you in determining whether our services are suitable for you. This document outlines the products we offer, the services we provide, our service charges, who regulates us, and the steps to take if you have a complaint. We are committed to ensuring that you feel we have treated you fairly throughout the entire process—before, during, and after the sale.

Do We Charge for Our Services?

Remora Vehicle Leasing Limited charges fees for our services.

- Vehicle Sourcing Fee: A non-refundable Vehicle Sourcing Fee of £180.00 (excluding VAT) or £216.00 (inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate) will be required before processing your order for our services, as detailed in your vehicle quotation. This fee covers the costs and time incurred in sourcing and ordering the vehicle on your behalf. The Vehicle Sourcing Fee can be paid via debit or credit card or by Bank Transfer (BACs) and is payable once we receive the signed Vehicle Order Form instructing us to place an order on your behalf.

- Cancellation Charges: If you cancel your order after submitting your signed Vehicle Order Form and after any applicable cooling-off period, the company reserves the right to charge a Cancellation Fee of £400.00 (excluding VAT) or £480.00 (inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate) to cover the costs and losses incurred. This cancellation fee is payable within seven days of the company’s invoice.

Remora Vehicle Leasing Limited does not charge regulated customers fees for contract amendments, such as contract extensions or mileage amendments. However, individual funders may have different policies, so please check their terms and conditions carefully.
